Did you know that there are awards given for movie trailers? duh, yes, probably someone thought about that already - given the fact that there are awards given for pretty much anything these days-you might think. Yes, yes, my dear friends. BUT, did you know there are awards given to fake movie trailers?
Huh? come again?
Yes, can you believe some people use their time to make trailers about movies that are never going to make it to the big screen?. I can just picture it...hmm, I think a movie about lunar (not lunatic), time traveling, invisible nymphomaniacs has total blockbuster potential, but just in case the movie doesn't get picked by a big studio and since I don't have the budget (or talent) to make the whole thing myself, I'll just make the trailer for it!.
Lovely! it's like an a abortion consolation prize. It won't see the light of day but here is an idea of what it would've look like...And you can still win an award :)
You can tell I had nothing better to do with my time on that particular day because I went to the festival website to check out the fake trailers.
And I found one that stoke a chord with me. The title is "Gabriela" by Karo21.
So here it is, the trailer for my movie that will never make it to the movies. Fuck, with a little twitching and a lot of luck, we could even add the line at the beginning: "based on a true story" Fabulous!

la película pornográfica was muy interesante. I'd say it was a bit grafico too. For la vida of me, I can't figure out como you would like it.

Lo bueno: la música de Satie y el culo de la mujer en el piano.
Lo malo: que se les perdió la idea tanto como la película.
Lo feo: la escena donde la mujer camina de espaldas, con esa falda y ese delantal las pantorrillas de la mujer se ven horribles.
Igual me gusta la idea buscar un trailer que me tiente.
